Article 98
Operation of the House in the event of vacancy of a member
Even if the seat of a member of the Federal Parliament is vacant, the House may conduct its work. Even if it is later discovered that a person who is not allowed to participate in the proceedings of any House of the Federal Parliament has participated, the action already taken will not be invalidated.
